He has developed a long professional career in the cooper mining industry, in the Human Resources and Organizational Development areas.  He has also been a Consultantand graduation and post-graduation professor in organizational change, climate and culture, high-performance teams, negotiation, conflict solution and leadership.

He has collaborated in designing and implementing projects in the performance, potential, career development, succession planning and staff management areas by using skill models and strategy designs linked to Knowledge Management. He has recently started and managed Programs for Trainee Engineers in the Geo- Mining Metallurgical area of Codelco Chile-Corporative Center and he has also participated in the Strategic Design linked to Knowledge Management.
